Princess Morena

Princess brings commercial and courtroom experience well beyond her years, having litigated in the Supreme Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Commercial Crimes Court and the Financial Services Tribunal.

Working across the firm’s practice, she conducts liquidations, insolvency enquiries, regulatory review applications and commercial claims for financial-sector, telecommunications and other leading public and private institutions. She provides legal input into regulatory instruments, advises on compliance and governance, and was part of the team on a high-profile tax fraud matter upheld on appeal and on urgent Anton Piller proceedings.

Her secondment to the Auditor-General of South Africa as a Legal Manager sharpened her command of the PFMA and MFMA. Clients value her meticulous preparation and dependable delivery.
